The license granted in this agreement refers only to vendors' permission to sell product(s) at the 2022 Motorhead Madness show. This does not refer to any licensing requirements of the City of Duluth, St. Louis County and/or the State of Minnesota, where the Show is produced. We agree to all show rules and regulations, including complying with the provisions of liability.

Commercial Space Rental Information

Every possible effort will be made to accommodate your booth location request. Your early reservation is your best assurance to obtain a selling space.

Space Rental Costs:
10’ x 10’ space — $330 20’ x 20’ space — $965
10’ x 20’ space — $560 10’ x 50’ space — $1130
10’ x 30’ space — $770 20’ x 30’ space — $1320
10’ x 40’ space — $965 20’ x 40’ space — $1760

Payment:
Payment is due in full upon submitting your application. After clicking the submit button, you will be redirected to a page where you will submit credit card payment.

Exhibit space is not confirmed until application (including consent to terms and conditions) and payment are received in full. Subleasing of space is prohibited. Cancellation must be made twenty (20) days prior to show opening or funds will be forfeited.

Decorator:
If you are in need of tables, chairs, carpet, drapes, or other decorating items, the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center has its own decorating service. Contact them at 218-722-5573.

Move In:

*No move-in Saturday unless pre-approved. Contact Mike Podgornik at 218-348-7588.

Move Out:

*No Monday move-out unless pre-approved. Contact Mike Podgornik at 218-348-7588. Overnight security is provided on Friday and Saturday night. There is no Sunday night security.
